"From a web of lines, planes, shapes, and structures, balanced by matte and luminous colors, I create landscapes, flora and fauna, and motifs drawn from the animate and inanimate natural world. Through a dynamic rhythm and the use of flowing colors, painterly, ornamental, and expressive elements transform into allegories of life. From the very beginning, my artistic work has expressed a deep connection to nature, born of curiosity and a constant interest in observing the natural world, observations that I then translate into visual art. My themes are diverse, and I often explore them through series, ranging from small to large formats, using printmaking, drawing, and painting on paper, canvas, or wood. I am fascinated by the role of humanity within nature and by its regenerative, cyclical nature, just as I am captivated by the lyrical beauty of its visual appearance. Through the layering of paint and eruptive, expressive gestures, I distill my compositions down to the utmost simplicity and poignancy, creating hymns to nature and life."
