Barbara Keidel (* April 25, 1939 in Berlin; † May 21, 2021) was a German painter in Berlin. Barbara Keidel studied from 1959 to 1964 at the Berlin University of the Arts under Ludwig Gabriel Schrieber, with whom she was a master student. In 1965 she received the Karl Hofer Society Prize. Keidel was a member of the German Artists' Association, the New Group in Munich, the West German Artists' Association and the Association for Original Etching. In 1996 she received the Lithography Prize from the Association for Original Etching in Munich and in 1997 the work scholarship from Villa Waldberta in Feldafing. In 2008 she was a teacher at the Chinese-German Art Academy in Hangzhou. She had been married to the sculptor Michael Schoenholtz since 1965.
