  • Rhenish basalt sculpture from the series stones of friends and neighbors.
  • My neighbor, a truck driver, gave me this stone. From a quarry on Donnersberg, an old volcano on the western edge of the Rhine Valley.
  • I opened the surfaces, experimented with different structures, and connected the front and back with the profile.
