France-born artist Rose-Gabriel De La Lyre currently divides her time between Lyon and Vienna. She worked as an assistant to Ernst Fuchs and won gold at the 2007 Salon of the Castle Grammont, Pont de Chéruy in 2008. Graduating from the Ecole de Condé (1998), her work spans oil painting, drawing and photography, with significant references to early French cinema and classical literature, as well as to Pre-Raphaelites and Romanticism.
