Training as a portrait photographer in Potsdam, then studying communication design at the Burg Giebichentein University of Art. Freelance in Halle since 2013. My central theme is portrait, my favorite motifs are people. I try to look inside, to recognize, to dissect one could say and to make the inside visible. For this I use the very diverse analogue photographic possibilities. Time, silence, melancholy play an important role both in content and in the act of taking photographs. This brings me very close to my motives. Furthermore, I work intensively with artists from other artistic areas on joint projects.
