In this artwork I took during Covid-19. I wanted to express everyday 'Isolation' of Women. Still there are a lot of women Post-Soviet countries who did not have 'Voice' in their family, thay are 24/7 365 days in 'Isolation'. with my artwork I want to send message to all women who are in a such situations - Don't give up! Be Strong, and brake The Wall!

I made this sculpture out of Rhenish basalt. I open up the rough surface and create tiered, open interiors with narrow spaces. Rhenish basalt sculpture from the series stones of friends and neighbors. My neighbor, a truck driver, gave me this stone. From a quarry on Donnersberg, an old volcano on the western edge of the Rhine Valley. I opened the surfaces, experimented with different structures, and connected the front and back with the profile.
